Famous foodies reveal Dwayne Johnson’s crazy Massive Cheat Meals.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is a former professional wrestler, famous actor and producer.

His towering personality and amazing acting chops have made him a familiar face across the globe.

The Rock is known for his disciplined and tight routine. The man has earned his place in the world and his fame is no mere coincidence.

He puts sweat, blood and tears into it. He is also famous for one of the most extreme celebrity diet and workout regimes.

His diet is legendary, and helps him maintain the huge muscle mass he can flaunt in films.

The actor reveals he eats a total of seven daily meals.

He eats more than 5,000 calories a day.

The calories, spread over seven meals, include roughly 2.3 pounds of cod, a fish particularly rich in protein.

The rest is eggs, steak, chicken, vegetables and potatoes.

All told, about 10 pounds of food per day. In one year, The Rock consumes more than one-third of a ton of cod alone.

So it costs a lot of money to eat like The Rock, but it also takes time.

Needless to say, none of us mortals can ever dream of eating like Johnson.

We obviously don’t work out the way he does.

However, it’s not just his diet and workout that is super intense and extreme.
